The Southern Cross Super Plan is a sub-plan of the Taxi Industry Superannuation Fund, a Public Offer Superannuation Fund (SFN 1348/539/43).
The Fund is issued by the Trustee, Trust Company Superannuation Services Limited.
The Administrator is the ESP Group Pty Ltd, a specialist administration company providing services to more than 8,000 members, with over $40 million in funds under administration.
The principle Insurer is Citicorp Life, but other insurers can be used in special circumstances.
Investment Managers include AMP Henderson, BT Funds Management, Challenger International, Colonial First State, County, Credit Suisse, HSBC, ING, Merrill Lynch, MFS, Perpetual, and Rothschild.
The Plan is open to employees, the self-employed, and spouses, and it can be used as a parking vehicle for rollovers. Membership is also available on an "insurance only" basis.
The Fund has no minimum contribution requirements. Contributions can be paid by cheque, EFT, Direct Credit, Direct Debit, and Internet Banking.
